FYI - EM and contents outside BC requires crap accuracy. Just use your best damaging gear (EM weapons tends to remove accuracy and replace with other secondary stats) and go havoc :)

Yup, this is for outside BC use. Coil swap weapon with Artemis Bow and adjust some AF2 set with Allagan/EM and no issues with accuracy, just severe drop in secondary stats.

Well, it's the BiS boots, you should have it. For T5 personally I won't put in too much i80 and below. 472 will do, for the snakes just use RoD and rotate with Hawk's eye to mitigate accuracy requirements.
